NOTE the start time of this match:

Due to the extreme heat in August, we will be starting at 9 AM instead of our usual 10 AM.
Be sure to hydrate; Bring plenty of water and cooling towels, it’s a 20-minute ride to the nearest hospital.
Bring gloves for handling steel plates.
Have fun!

Heat Warnings: (Seriously)

  1. Bring gloves to handle steel plates – we don’t want you leaving fleshy parts on the 100+ degree steel targets.
  2. Wear loose, comfortable, breathable clothing.
  3. Wear a hat and keep a wet towel or some type of cooling cloth on or near you at all times.
  4. Sunscreen, yes, you!
  5. Hydrate: Water is the preferred method, but sports beverages like Gatorade are good too.  You should really begin hydrating several days before the event.
  6. Carbonated beverages like soft drinks should be avoided. No Alcohol at the range… ever!
  7.  It’s a 20-minute ride to the nearest hospital, and we would prefer NOT to have to take you.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, bring lots of ammo, and have fun Bangin’ & Clangin’!
