New USPSA Match Storage and Trailer Almost Done
Back in November of 2015 at the last meeting of the year, the club members present voted to purchase and have erected another storage building that would accommodate a trailer that will hold almost all of the USPSA match materials that are used most often. The building is finished with just a little dirt ramp work to be added to make it easy to pull the trailer in and through the building. The trailer is finished as well thanks to the fine work by Jay Tucker and his band of merry men… I mean volunteers. Mr. Tucker by the way, headed up the whole project and did a terrific job.
The new trailer rig will help us setup and breakdown the USPSA matches much faster from now on. Instead of a few people working so hard Friday afternoon to set it up then finish it Saturday morning, they can show up earlier Saturday morning the day of the match and set it up much quicker. The more people that come early to help setup and stay late to help pack it up will be greatly appreciated.
