August Is Renewal Month At Your Texarkana Gun Club

The renewal cards were mailed out about three weeks ago, if you haven’t received yours then we probably have the wrong address for you, please sure you update it on renewal night, Tuesday, August 23.

Details are on the card of course but you can also update your address, phone and email right on the card and bring it with you to renewal night, leave it with us and we will make sure it is updated in the database.

Even though we stamp on the envelope, “Do Not Machine,” we have already been having a real problem with keys being lost in the mail. The absolute best way to insure you have a new key is if you come to the renewal night meeting. It also saves us money having new keys made.

If you can’t make renewal night for whatever reason, please send someone to take care of it for you. It doesn’t take long and it will help us speed up a process that just drags on forever sometimes.

Also, don’t forget the dual-locking system is once again in place at the gun club gates. Please leave the locks as you see them in the photo or else some members will not be able to get into the club, some may be in and can’t get back out (yes, that’s happened), either way, that’s bad.
