USPSA For April: Classifier Match!
Greg and Jessica – shooting classifier stage
Hey USPSA Shooters, April’s match at the Texarkana Gun Club on Saturday, April 1, will be a Classifier Match featuring 5 Classifier stages and 2 regular stages. Round count should be approximately 140 for the day.
Here are the Classifier stages that have been chosen for this match:
- 06-01 Big Barricade
- 99-47 Triple Choice
- 06-03 Can You Count
- 06-06 Golden Bullet Standards
- 99-13 Quickly II
If you’re a new shooter in USPSA and trying to get classified, this should get you there a little quicker. If you have been trying to get classified with a different gun type like Production, Single Stack or Carry Optics, hopefully, this match will put you over the top.

What a tremendous turnout for a pretty chilly day in February with 32 shooters finishing today’s Texarkana Gun Club first USPSA/IPSC match of the new year. We even had some shooters trying out those new Divisions like Pistol Caliber Carbine and Carry Optics. TISD PD Range Time Scheduled
USPSA Match This Saturday Is On – But Reduced
The Match Director tells us that several of our regular guys will be there even in the nasty weather predicted. If you wish to join them they will set up at least 2 stages plus a classifier for everyone to shoot.
It’s definitely going to be cold and a really good chance it’s gonna be wet. But if you make the drive, we’ll give you something to shoot at, just not as big a match as usual.
If you don’t want to shoot in the cold rain, no worries, have a great Christmas and New Years and we’ll see you the first Saturday in February of 2017.
