Today, (Thursday, November 8) the range is closed for dirt work in all bays.
600-Yard Range Is Closed Until further Notice

Range Weekend Schedule – Dirt Work to Resume Monday
Hello weekend TGC shooters! Here’s how things are looking for range use this weekend:
- 600-Yard Range: Open Saturday and Sunday as usual, however, the road downrange of the shooting benches is closed for now.
- 200-Yard Range and Pistol Bays will be open after the Saturday USPSA match is finished, then open Sunday all day.
Have a great and safe shooting weekend!
Dirtwork should resume Monday.
The Range Is Closed – Dirt Work Is Underway – At Least Until It Rains
The Range Is Closed until the Dirt Work is done. Unless it starts raining, then the dirt work will stop until it dries out enough to begin again.
We only need about 2 more full days of work to finish the projects underway, but rain keeps interrupting the process. Right now it looks like it’s going to happen again on Wednesday.
The USPSA match this Saturday will not be affected by the dirt work and will run as scheduled.

The regular Plinker Plus shooters voted to continue shooting through the holidays without a break, so check out the dates added for November and December.
The November “Bonus Match” will be the “Seal Team 6” match: Any gun accurate and/or LUCKY at 200 yds. More details will be coming about this match, if you are the greatest shot that ever lived, this match is just for you, the rest of us will do the best we can!

Range Closure – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Possibly Thursday
Since we were so rudely interrupted by some rather wet weather and now that we’ve had a couple of days to dry out… the range dirt work is scheduled to begin Tuesday morning and run through Thursday depending on the weather later this week.
This means “ALL RANGES” (pistol bays, the 200-yard range, & 600-yard range) will be closed starting at 10 am on Tuesday, October 23 until Thursday, October 25.
There will be heavy equipment moving dirt these days. Please Respect these workers by not using the RANGES. Thank You, this is just part of TGC improvements for you are members.
